Zayn Malik is quitting 1D, according to several reports. Malik leaves One Direction to be a normal young man. It is being claimed that after quitting the One D Tour, due to a cheating scandal, Malik, who is currently in London, has met with his lawyers in order to find a way out of the band. The young star is said to be tired of all the craziness surrounding the group.

Is Zayn Malik quitting One Direction? The answer is yes, according to a British magazine. On Wednesday, several pictures surfaced, showing One Direction’s Zayn Malik hugging a woman while in Thailand.

It was later revealed that the woman in the picture is an Australian waitress named Courtney Webb. Many stated that Malik was cheating on his, fiancée, Perrie Edwards.

Miss Edwards was seen few days later, moving out of Zayn Malik’s apartment in London, England. The scandal took a toll on Zayn Malik, who announced that he was tired and stressed out, and was therefore exiting the band’s biggest tour.

The singer flew back to England to be with his family and to win back Edwards.

A rep for One Direction explained why the star left the Asian leg of One Direction’s On the Road Again tour:

“Zayn Malik had been signed off with stress and is flying back to the U.K. to recuperate. He’s going to stay with family in England who are really concerned.”

A close source to Zayn Malik confirmed that he was frustrated by the damage caused by the photos. The insider revealed:

“It all stems from photos that hit yesterday of him with a fan which caused huge problems with his girlfriend, Perrie.The media accused him of cheating, and he exploded over it. He’s had enough of the constant craziness.”

The man himself took to Twitter to say he had enough of the rumors. He tweeted:

“At the moment he’s convinced he wants out. He is finding it all too much and wants to quit the group.His legal team is seeing what the situation is. There is a strong chance he will have to fulfill his commitments and he might change his mind once he’s had time away from the spotlight. But as it stands he’s not keen to continue.”

According to the latest reports, Malik wants to marry his girlfriend, Perrie Edwards, in the upcoming weeks. Fans are now hoping that Louis Tomlinson, who just split with his longtime girlfriend, Eleanor Calder, will not do the same thing and get the whole tour canceled.

Zayn Malik leaves One Direction and is putting out a statement apologizing for letting his fans down. Malik said:

“”My life with One Direction has been more than I could ever have imagined. But, after five years, I feel like it is now the right time for me to leave the band. I’d like to apologise to the fans if I’ve let anyone down, but I have to do what feels right in my heart. I am leaving because I want to be a normal 22-year-old who is able to relax and have some private time out of the spotlight. I know I have four friends for life in Louis, Liam, Harry and Niall. I know they will continue to be the best band in the world.”
