It is time for Perrie Edwards to stop posting sexy pictures and subliminal messages on social media hoping to recapture Zayn Malik‘s heart because he has moved on.
For several weeks now the rumors of a Zayn Malik/Gigi Hadid romance were swirling around. The duo was seen in several night clubs in America and Europe and they had a heavy makeout session in the music video for the single “Pillow Talk.”
Malik shared blurry pictures of himself hugging a woman, who looked like Hadid, and the model did the same. Moreover, today, we are getting it straight from the horse’s mouth.
In an interview with Westwood One’s Zach Sang and the Gang radio show, the former One Direction member confirmed that he is dating the 20-year-old model. Jillian Gutowitz asked:
“Was it cool to have your girlfriend in the video?”
He replied by saying:
“Yeah, that was cool. It was something different. We enjoyed it, it was fun. Had a lot of fun on set.”
Zach Sang and the Gang then asked:
“No one easier to make out with than your own girlfriend, right?”
Malik replied with:
“Exactly. I like what you’ve done there.”
Malik was previously engaged to Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards, who is often reminding the world that they have dated. Hadid split from Joe Jonas just weeks before stepping out with Malik prompting the former boy band member to unfollow her on Instagram.
Malik’s first solo album entitled Mind Of Mine will be released on March 25, which is the one-year anniversary of his exit from the popular group. The singer said that he was not aware that it was falling the same day. He shared:
“It wasn’t planned. It works [out] that way.It just seems to coincide with the album launch.” But he did agree with Sang that it could be a “sign.”
