Son Of ISIS Leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi Killed During Attack — Hudayfah Al-Badri’s Death Was Confirmed By The Terror Group

Hudayfah Al-Badri Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi

Recent reports from Syria indicate that the son of ISIS leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, has attempted to attack a power station in Homs, and was subsequently killed by Russian defense forces and allies.

Curiously enough, the death was confirmed by ISIS themselves, despite the fact that the group typically avoids discussing the deaths of its own members.

Hudayfah al-Badri was described as an elite fighter by the terrorist organization.

Their statement read, “Hudayfah al-Badri… the son of the Caliph… was killed in an operation against the Nusayriyyah and the Russians at the thermal power station in Homs.”

This strikes yet another blow to ISIS in a long series of defeats for the terrorist organization that has seen its territory collectively shrink to a fraction of what it was several years ago.

At this point, the group has seemingly been forced to resort to desperate measures to paint themselves in a stable light, but few seem fooled by the materials and releases we have seen so far.

Still, the strength of ISIS and their current position should not be underestimated, as the group still has some presence, even if a minor one.

Various governments continue their attack against the terrorist organization, but it does seem as if the war is going to continue for at least a while longer.

It is also worth noting that ISIS is more than a group of people, it is an ideology that has managed to spread beyond their main territory of control.

That alone is a worrying thought with regards to the safety of people worldwide, but it does seem like a lot of pressure is being exercised from many different sides to ensure that ISIS is kept without too many reliable options for any large-scale attacks.

Hopefully, this proves to be true in the long run. Although, ISIS seems to be losing most experts say that caution is still necessary.
