Soleil Moon Frye dons a sexy bathing suit for her new Nutrisystem ad and fans are thrilled. After the birth of her son, Lyric Sonny Roads Goldberg, Soleil Moon Frye dropped 40 pounds using Nutrisystem.
Soleil Moon Frye shows off her sexy body in a hot bathing suit after losing 40 pounds, and the photo goes viral. In case you were wondering, this is the same sexy one-piece that Punky Brewster actress Soleil Moon Frye will be wearing for the Memorial Day festivities. Frye shared her husband Jason Goldberg‘s reaction after seeing her for the first time in this black cutout bathing suit. She explained:
“My husband said to me, ‘You’re the girl who always wears surfer shorts and rash guards [on the beach], so I didn’t even know what you looked like in a bathing suit until now!'”
The 38-year-old mother of three added:
“I had the baby, and I was waiting for it to start coming off. The frustrating thing for me was that one day I would lose a pound, but the next day I’d be back up two pounds. I needed help kicking it into gear.”
The former child actor also opened up about providing a healthy environment for her children to grow. The host of Home Made Simple revealed:
“I really want my girls to have a healthy image to look to. I don’t want to be the mom that’s like, ‘I can’t have any ice cream.’ So the girls eat their ice cream sandwiches and I eat my Nutrisystem ice cream sandwiches. It’s been fun!”
Soleil Moon Frye, who is 5 feet 1 inch tall, started to share her 40-pound weight loss journey with the world in January. However, it is after giving birth to her youngest child in February 2014 that she decided to join forces with the weight loss program. She recently told Us Weekly:
“I feel amazing. There are so many fun suits to choose from this summer. I’m ringing in Memorial Day weekend with this little black suit!”
Most commentators praised Frye for finding a better version of herself, but some critics have pointed out that the use of Photoshop on the image is doing a disservice to the whole endeavor. Those people say authenticity would be a more convincing tool to encourage others to lose weight.
What are your thoughts on Soleil Moon Frye’s bathing suit? What do you think of the Photoshopped ad?
