Selena Gomez Mansion Is For Sale: Calabasas Home Hits The Market

Selena Gomez is putting her stunning mansion on the market – and no, she is not selling it because it reminds her of Justin Bieber. Miss Gomez is getting rid of the $4.5 million property because several stalkers broke in.

Selena Gomez is selling her mansion, and it can be yours for the small price of $4.5 million. Miss Gomez has decided to list the home located in Calabasas, California following several break-ins. The property, which is located just a few miles from Justin Bieber‘s house has been a headache for the star – exactly like her romance with the “Baby” artist.

Gomez purchased the home last year for $3.7 million and days after moving in, she was forced to call California authorities after a stalker broke in. The intruder was arrested and days following his release, he broke into the home again and was apprehended again.

The individual was arrested for burglary and trespassing and was sentenced to 45 days in jail after pleading no contest to unauthorized entry of a dwelling house, a misdemeanor, and was ordered to stay away from the actress. During her brief stay in the house, Gomez, and her team called 911 three more times fearing someone had illegally entered.

It seems that the diva had enough of living in fear and has opted to dump the troubled home into someone’s lap. Minus the whole stalker thing – the house is simply gorgeous. The Mediterranean style home is 7,700 square feet and features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool and spa, a courtyard, a gym and a guesthouse, according to TMZ.

Additionally, the buyer of the home will have Jennifer Lopez, the Kardashian/Jenner clan, and, of course, Bieber as neighbors. This is the second home that Gomez is selling because of stalking incidents. In 2014, the Texan star sold her Tarzana house for $3.4 million to Iggy Azalea and Nick Young.

Selena Gomez will be busy on a world tour next year, so she is in no rush to buy a new home, but if she ever needs a place to crash, she can always call her former boyfriend. The Canadian star recently revealed that he will never stop loving Gomez and added that they are still in contact. The “Sorry” singer said:

“I learned a lot from the relationship. About life, how to treat women, what women want and need. I think a woman needs security. I think a woman needs to feel that security and know that nothing else matters. I learned that with her. She’s my homie. We’re friends. We don’t talk every day. But every now and then, she hits my phone up…. I hit her phone up, too, I hit her phone up too! It’s not just her. It goes both ways, I was just f-cking around.”
