A new and quiet home – this might be just what the doctor ordered for Mrs. Osbourne, who collapsed few days ago from mental and physical fatigue due to her insane work schedule.

Rocker Ozzy Osbourne splashed $10 million on a stunning property located in the North Arden neighborhood in Beverly Hills, California. The Osbourne family will call John Mayer, Denise Richards, Matt LeBlanc and the Kardashians neighbors.

According to TMZ, Ozzy Osbourne and wife Sharon Osbourne were tired of relocating every few months since they sold their mansion to Jessica Simpson for $11.5 million in 2013.

The British couple, who was renting, opted for a 5,680-square-foot English countryside–style mansion, which belonged to film executive and producer Alan Ladd Jr..

So, what are the Osbournes getting for $10 million? How about five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a newly remodeled kitchen, spacious closets, a 2-story guest house with its own garage. The mansion also features a grotto that is covered in roses and ivy – indeed the perfect English garden.

Ozzy Osbourne, who recently revealed that his band, Black Sabbath’s final LP, and tour will happen in 2016, will surely enjoy his retirement in the stunning and quiet home.

Kelly Osbourne recently opened up about her mother, Sharon Osbourne, who was forced to leave The Talk for a month after collapsing.

The 62-year-old cancer survivor had hernia surgery in March and then caught pneumonia – which explains why she needs some rest. The former Fashion Police host said:

“My mom is fine. Honestly, she just cannot start work at 4 a.m. and wrap at midnight, sleep at 2 a.m. and have two hours sleep a day and keep on going. We’re like, ‘Mama, it’s time for you to have a break.’ So she’s with her girlfriends. She’s having fun. She’s on vacation and it’s great.”
