The season 3 premiere of “My 600 Pound Life” is scheduled for January 7 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. What can followers of the program expect?
First, they will get detailed updates on those who took part in season 2, this will then be followed by the introduction of the 8 new participants who are trying to change the course of their lives for the better.

50-year-old Pauline has gained 200 pounds since her divorce. At 700 lbs., she is hopeful that she can have an active life once again.
Missouri’s Bettie Jo weighs 700 lbs. at age 24 and she is terrified of the future. The young woman is eying a better tomorrow with her husband.
Laura, 40, wants to fix her life before it is too late. She no longer wants to live with regrets and is taking action to reshape everything.
At 42 and 596 lbs., Angel, from Kerville, Texas just wants to lead a healthier and more active life.
