On July 4th, a mother-of-two named Rachida, walked in at the Edouard-Herriot pre-school in Albi in the south of France at around 9 AM where she exchanged few words with Fabienne Terral-Calmès, the teacher of her 6-year-old daughter. The mother who is mentally ill pulled a kitchen knife from her handbag and killed the educator who has two very young daughters Romane and Adèle.
According to reports the Spanish woman may have stabbed Terral-Calmès because she punished the pupil for behaving badly earlier that week.

The mom who suffers from several undisclosed mental illnesses had a heated exchange with the educator where she could be heard screaming “I am not a thief” and “how dare you talk to my daughter like that” before stabbing her once.
The child joined Fabienne Terral-Calmès’ classroom last month.
The teacher who had two little girls was injured at around 9AM and was rushed to a nearby hospital where she died about two hours later.
The 34-year-old teacher leaves behind two daughters Romane and Adèle.
After killing the teacher in front of dozens of 5-6 year-old children, the disturbed lady who is originally from Spain told her daughter in Spanish it is time to leave.
Rachida was apprehended by authorities about a mile from the school where the horrible murder took place and is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation in an institution.
According to French authorities, the criminal had been jobless and almost homeless for the last couple of months.
Her children have been living with friends and family members.
She was interrogated by the police few weeks ago after she was seen looking disoriented in a public park.
French President Francois Hollande issued a statement where he said he was grieving with those affected by this horrible tragedy.
