Miley Cyrus dog Floyd tattoo photos have surfaced. Miley Cyrus has a new tattoo, the new ink is in honor of her dead dog Floyd that passed away in April. To make the moment memorable, Cyrus had a little joint party at her place on Saturday.
She has also managed to convince two of closest friends to pay homage to the dog by getting the same tattoo. Wayne Coyne and Katy Weaver are the two people who decided to follow the music superstar in her latest headline-grabbing trick.
Miley Cyrus Floyd tattoo has a little message that reads “with a little help from my fwends.” A rendering of the late dog can also be seen in the pictures that the “Party in the U.S.A.” singer posted on Instagram last night.
The controversial artist captioned one of the pics with:

The memory of Cyrus’ dog Floyd will now live forever on the internet thanks the news articles that covered the new tattoo. Floyd was a 3-year-old Alaskan Klee Kai that the pop star acquired in 2011.
Although Miley has many other dogs, Floyd was her favorite, they had a very special relationship. When the dog died in April, the “Wrecking Ball” chanteuse wrote the following on Twitter to describe how she felt:
“I know I don’t mean it but I wish he would’ve taken me with him this is unbearable. What am I gonna do without him?”
How did Floyd die? Well, Floyd was killed by a coyote. The death of her beloved dog even affected Cyrus’ career, according to reports it contributed to the meltdown that she had earlier this year that lead to the cancellation of several tour dates and a stint at the hospital.
From the look of things, the Floyd “party” was a success, it gave the 21-year old a venue to be cheerful and upbeat. Her older brother Trace Cyrus was also at the gathering to show love and support.
At least she can count on her friends and ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth going through all of this. The Autralian actor was overheard telling people at a restaurant in New York that they will “always be best friends” according to NY Post’s Page Six.
