On December 4th, 2012 at around 2 AM, Benjamin Klinger and his girlfriend Samantha “Sammi” Heller had a heated argument after discovering that she might be pregnant.
The pair got into the young man’s 1986 Toyota Celica and he took Route 283 in Rapho Township in Pennsylvania.
The 21-year-old woman beater was driving at 115-mph and decided to deliberately crash the vehicle into a guardrail. Heller who was seriously injured, survived the horrible car crash and was murdered by Klinger.
The evil man sat on his girlfriend’s head and suffocated her. A truck driver who witnessed that accident called 911 and the 17-year-old girl could be heard moaning, asking for help and begging her partner to get off her torso.
The 911 operator told the truck driver not to move the injured people. When authorities arrived on the scene, they found the man still on his girlfriend’s body pretending to be unconscious.
They also found cannabis, drug paraphernalia and a gun in the wrecked car.
Police originally thought that the teen died of her injuries, but an autopsy revealed that she was suffocated to death.
During the trial, it was revealed that throughout their 2-year-relationship, the man often physically abused his girlfriend.
Friends revealed that he pushed her against walls and down the stairs. He had also threatened to kill her by crashing his car into an object and was arrested for driving over the young woman’s foot.
Samantha Heller had told several close pals that she was pregnant few days before her death and it appears some way, somehow her boyfriend learned about the the unborn child and took the decision to kill them.
Appearing in court last week, the convicted killer apologized several times to Heller’s mother Sandy McFalls.
The murderer said that he took full responsibility for his actions. McFalls said that she regrets kicking her only daughter out of her home even though she became rude and disobedient, when she started dating the criminal.
McFalls said she is broken since she lost her child, but it is good to know that for the next 50 years that this man will not be able to hurt another woman or a child.
