Kris Beyoncé absence comments is making some noise tonight. Let us not talk about Rob Kardashian storming out of France. In a new radio interview Kris Jenner opened up for the first time about Beyoncé, Jay Z’s absence at Kim Kardashian, Kanye West’s Italian wedding. The momager claimed that no one noticed that the powercouple had forgo the event.
On Tuesday Kris Jenner did a brief interview with Australia radio station KIIS 106.5 FM’s breakfast show where she was asked by hosts Kyle and Jackie O her thoughts on the fact that Beyoncé and Jay Z decided to skip Kanye West and Kim Kardashian lavish wedding ceremonies in France and in Italy.
The reality star and business woman revealed that no one really focused on the entertainers absence because there was so much going on. She said:
There was so much commotion and excitement I never, ever even gave that a second thought. I know they sent really nice wishes to Kanye and Kim and I just assumed they were working, so I didn’t hear anything other than that. I think that there was so much going on that if you would’ve been there you would’ve thought that was the last thing on anybody’s mind. It was about Kim, Kanye and the baby and going through this amazing weekend.
Kris Jenner went on to add that she believed Jay and Bey’s busy schedules prevented them from attending the ceremony:
“[I] just assumed they were working.”
The Carters turned down the wedding invitation (Jay was supposed to be Kanye’s best man) for a quiet weekend in the Hamptons with their 2-year-old daughter Blue to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend.
Rumors claimed that they were trying to stay away from the media after a surveillance tape surface on TMZ showing Solange beating, spiting and kicking Jay Z in an elevator after the MET Gala.
The duo did however send Kim and Kanye their well wishes.
Beyonce wrote next to a picture of baby North laying on her parents:
“Wishing you a lifetime of unconditional love.God bless your beautiful family.”
Kris Jenner forgot to talk about why Brody Jenner decided to work instead of going to wedding and failed to give the reasons why Rob Kardashian was seen at an airport crying the moment his sister was walking down the aisle.
