In a statement posted on the official website of the Ismaili Muslim Community, His Highness Aga Khan IV announced that former model Kendra Spears known as Princess Salwa Aga Khan and her husband Prince Rahim Aga Khan are the proud parents of a baby boy. Kendra Spears gave birth to Prince Irfan in Geneva, Switzerland. His Highness Prince Shah Karim Al Hussaini Aga Khan (IV) was also born in Geneva, Switzerland.

Earlier today, on the official website of the Ismaili Muslim community, the current Imam of Nizari Ismailism explained that former model Kendra Spears better known as Princess Salwa Aga Khan and his son Prince Rahim Aga Khan have welcomed a baby boy.
Prince Irfan was born on Saturday in Geneva, Switzerland like his billionaire grandfather who is also British and Iranian. The statement read:
“Prince Rahim and Princess Salwa have announced the arrival of their first child, a son named Prince Irfan, born in Geneva, Switzerland on April 11.”
The racehorse owner and breeder went on to explain that both mother and baby are doing well: He shared:
“Both mother and child are in good health.”
Kendra Spears was given the nickname the new Cindy Crawford when she signed with Ford Models in 2008. Spears had an impressive career, by 2009; she had appeared on multiple magazines covers including Vogue, Elle, Allure, and Numero.
She took part in ad campaigns for Calvin Klein, Diane von Fürstenberg, Peek & Cloppenburg Armani and Moschino. Spears removed herself from the modeling world in 2012, and one year later, via an official statement from His Highness Prince Shah Karim Al Hussaini Aga Khan (IV) it was revealed that Kendra Spears, who is now known as Princess Salwa Aga Khan, wed Prince Rahim Aga Khan on August 31st, 2013.
The Seattle-born star got married in a traditional Muslim ceremony at the Château de Bellerive on the shores of Lake Geneva, Switzerland. The former model wore a beautiful ivory and gold dress, and the groom wore traditional garments in the same color patterns.
In October, Prince Karim Aga Khan shared the baby news. The statement read at the time:
“Expressing his greatest happiness, Mawlana Hazar Imam informed the Jamat today that Prince Rahim and Princess Salwa are expecting their first child. Around the world, Ismailis are gathering in Jamatkhanas to celebrate the happy news.”

Of course she gave up modeling. There is nothing wrong with choosing to be a wife and a mother. That is the best job. Also her husband is rich so she doesn’t need to work. As a Royal ,I would think there are so many social responsibilities she is very busy, without a job.
