The “Saturday Night Live” star who joked about skipping the birth was present when Georgia Marie Thompson entered the world. The bouncy baby girl is said to be healthy and happy and her parents are ecstatic to have her home.

On Friday Kenan Thompson and his wife Christina Evangeline welcomed a baby girl by the name of Georgia Marie Thompson in a hospital in New York City.
Little Georgia Marie Thompson was born at around 10:30 am and weighed in at 6 pounds.
The “All That” actor and his model wife debuted baby Georgia Marie Thompson in a series of photos on her mom’s Instagram account few hours after she was born.
In one photo the “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” star can be seen leaning over the baby’s hospital crib looking happy and proud as he watches his new born daughter sleep.
While in another photo model Christina Evangeline looked gorgeous with flowing curls as she holds the infant on her chest, laying in bed.
Christina Evangeline who is said to be exhausted and ecstatic about the arrival of her bundle of joy captioned the pictures:
“while you were sleeping and we’re just really sleepy.”
A representative for the Saturday Night Live cast member issued a brief statement on the birth that read:
“Kenan and his wife Christina welcomed daughter Georgia into the world at 6.5 pounds. The family is home and absolutely blessed.”
Three months ago Kenan Thompson appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers where he joked about skipping the birth of his daughter for some fun time in a casino, it appears that he had a change of heart and has no plans to leave Georgia’s side anytime soon.
