Kelli Giddish is pregnant at age 35. The baby news is not the only thing that Giddish had to announce this week: She also got married to Lawrence Faulborn in June.
Kelli Giddish is expecting her first child with her new husband, Lawrence Faulborn. It was also revealed on Tuesday that the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit actress wed Faulborn in Florida. Paradise Beach Weddings shared that the ceremony took place in New Smyrna Beach on June 20 in front of 12 guests.
Giddish’s SVU co-star, Ice-T, 57, also revealed this week that his wife, glamour model Nicole “Coco Marie” Austin, 36, is pregnant with the couple’s first child together. On Monday, the rapper-turned-actor wrote on Twitter:
Oh shit! The news is out. YES. We”re having a baby. We announced it on the Ice&Coco Talk Show taping Friday.. That show will air August 3rd.
Ice & Coco, Ice-T’s new talk show will premiere on August 3. The program that will cover Hollywood news and feature celebrity guests will air on local Fox stations across the country. Here is what Coco Austin had to say about hiding her baby bump until the premiere:
“We’ve known about the news for quite some time. We had to keep it under wraps. I don’t know how much longer I could actually hide my bump. We wanted to save something for the show, including the gender. People are going to be kind of shocked to learn how far along I actually am.”
After Ice-T’s tweet went viral, Warren Leight, the showrunner on the NBC crime drama, decided to spill some beans on Twitter. Leight tweeted:

Giddish retweeted Leight’s message, and the congratulatory tweets started flowing. One person said:

The future parents seem quite excited and fans can look forward to the 17th season of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit that will start in September. Giddish’s pregnancy is not expected to affect filming of new episodes.
