Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran might get back together in the future, according to the 27-year-old model, and many people believe, she is not totally over the controversial R&B singer.
A Karrueche Tran–Chris Brown reunion is totally conceivable in the upcoming months. The model made the confession during an appearance on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show, On Air with Ryan Seacrest. Tran’s surprisingly honest interview aired on Thursday, and she was there to promote 3 Headed Shark Attack, a TV movie that will premiere on Syfy on July 21.
Tran dumped Brown in March after it was revealed that he is the father of model Nia Sanchez‘s baby girl, Royalty. The Fright Nite Files actress shared that despite all the public fights on social media, she is on good terms with the “Loyal” singer. She said:
“There’s no drama between us. It’s cordial, it’s cool, it’s peaceful. I don’t like drama, period.”
When asked if they could get back together, she left the door open. Tran explained:
“Us getting back together…I can’t say. I don’t know what the future holds. As of right now I’m just completely focused on myself. I’m not trying to date anybody. I just want to figure out me, and grow within myself.”
Brown was criticized in the past for showing a total lack of respect when it came to his relationship with Tran. The R&B crooner was accused of cheating on the model with different women, and when they argued, he did not always behave like a gentleman.
The complicated relationship has many supporters sour, and some were surprised to hear Tran talk about getting back with the Virginia native. Moreover, some are still hoping that Brown’s ex, pop music superstar Rihanna, is still interested. The “Bitch Better Have My Money” diva has not indicated that she was open to this possibility although, in recent months, she has tried to show a sympathetic face when it came to Brown.
Tran also discussed the idea of dating other men in the future if she does not reconcile with the father of one. She stated:
“It’s unfortunate that sometimes it does go a little too left and things are said that probably shouldn’t be said online. I couldn’t even think to date somebody right now. Yeah, I just don’t even want to go down that road. I feel like all guys are the same. All guys are dogs.”
Naysayers say that Karrueche Tran’s Chris Brown comment is just a publicity stunt. Those commentators think that Brown is her golden ticket to relevancy.
