Eric Johnson and Jessica Simpson wed in front of 250 friends and family. Simpson selected a stunning custom made Carolina Herrera wedding dress for the ceremony which took place at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara. The couple’s two young children were part of the bridal party.
Jessica Simpson much delayed wedding has finally taken place.
Over the long fourth of July weekend Eric Johnson and Jessica Simpson who have been engaged for almost 4 years said I do in front of 250 attendees at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California.
Simpson opted for a beautiful wedding dress designed by Carolina Herrera – but don’t expect to see the gown in stores because it is one of a kind.
The wedding ceremony took place under a large tent which was decorated with breathtaking chandeliers and flowers.
The proud parents included their young children in the bridal party. Ace who is 1 served as the ring bearer, while Maxwell, 2 took on the role of flower girl.
Jessica’s nephew Bronx walked with Maxwell down the aisle. The husband and wife issued a statement that read:
“We are overwhelmed with complete happiness and love having made our eternal commitment.To say ‘I do’ in front of family, friends and, most importantly, our children has been the happiest moment of our lives.”
According to insiders, guests at the event included Ashlee Simpson her fiancé Evan Ross, Jessica’s best friend CaCee Cobb and her husband Donald Faison, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren and of course celebrity hairstylist and the bride’s confident Ken Pavés.
It was a very formal affair where men sported black suits and ladies wore long dresses and danced to a live band through out the night.
