After scaring the public with his sudden disappearance, Jesse Camp, a former VJ of MTV fame, has reportedly officially been located.
The statement comes from the Riverside Police Department, who have revealed that Camp, who is 38 years old, is okay, has been contacted by authorities, and does not need any assistance.
It read, “Josiah ‘Jesse’ Camp is no longer considered missing. He was contacted by a local law enforcement agency a short time ago and not in need of any assistance. His family has been notified. No further information will be released.”
It is still not known what could have caused Camp to go missing in the first place.
The story of his disappearance was a bizarre one, with a stranger picking up his phone and claiming that Camp had given it to him, along with some of his other possessions.
Not even Camp’s sister, Marisha Camp, was aware of the whereabouts of the music enthusiast during the incident, and theories about the possible reasons are already going around actively.
Some are convinced that Camp just needed some time away from the public’s eye, and given his background, this could have been his own way of taking off some stress and recharging.
Still, no official statement has been made about the exact circumstances of the incident by neither Camp nor his family, despite the fact that many have started to question the situation.
If there are sensitive details involved, it is possible fans may not hear the truth at all, no matter how hard some people might try to pry it out.
It is also understandable if Camp’s family would prefer some privacy in the situation, especially since the incident could contain some more sensitive details about their private lives.
Many seem to believe that it is too early for them to make any statements in the first place, which is probably true given the circumstances.
