Jason Aldean marries Brittany Kerr after being embroiled in an epic cheating drama. On Saturday afternoon, country singer Jason Aldean married former American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr in a beautiful ceremony in Cancun, Mexico.
The ceremony, which took place on a stunning beach, was attended by a handful of friends and family members including Jason Aldean’s daughters – Keeley, 12, and Kendyl, 7 – from his 12-year marriage to Jessica Ussery.
The wedding was officiated by Duck Dynasty‘s Willie Robertson. Brittany Kerr, 27, wore an almost conservative-looking long-sleeve lace dress with deep-cut neckline.
She carried a bright bouquet of red, purple and yellow flowers, which contained roses, tulips and wild orchids. The 38-year-old groom opted for a sand-colored suit with no shoes, of course. In a brief statement issued to US Weekly, Aldean shared:
“This is the best day ever – I’ve got my girl here, my friends, my family — it’s the best day ever!”
Kerr stated:
“Today has been the best day of my life. I feel like the luckiest woman to have been able to marry my best friend,”
The lovers, who got engaged 6 months ago, decided to get married during the singer’s mini-break from his “Burn It Down” tour, which is set to resume on March 26 in Toledo, Ohio.

Kerr was slammed on social media for being a home wrecker and was bombarded with a long list of insults. The star shut down her Facebook and Instagram accounts, which prompted Aldean to issue an apology and ask his supporters to move on. He stated at the time:
“I have made mistakes but i am a better person because of it, and wouldnt change a thing.Im happier than i have ever been, so thank u to all the people who support us. We are happy and life goes on.”
After the short honeymoon, Aldean, who has made it clear that he will never collaborate on a record with his new wife, will be appearing at the 2015 ACM Awards in Dallas, Texas in April.
