Famous actor and singer Jamie Foxx is the newest addition to the list of male celebrities that have been accused of sexual misconduct.
However, the Oscar-winning movie star’s deed is reportedly quite unusual as according to the reports, he hit his alleged victim with his penis on the face.
The woman, who was allegedly harassed by Foxx, claimed that the misconduct happened in 2002 and that it was until last week that she was gathering the courage to talk about it to the police in Las Vegas.
According to her story, the incident took place during a party, when the father of two first approached her asking for an oral treat. After she said she would not do it, Foxx allegedly stroke her on the face with his phallus.
Apparently, the woman was so devastated over what happened that she sought medical attention in a Los Angeles hospital the following day because of panic attack seizures.
Meanwhile, even though the statute of limitations has expired three years after the alleged incident occurred, the case is still open for the time being.
So far, the talented and popular comedian has fiercely denied all statements that suggest he would do something along those lines.
Mr. Foxx is even determined to fight back by filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department identifying the woman as a fraud.
Foxx’s lawyer, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer, stated that the celebrity did not even know about the woman’s existence or the alleged incident that is said to have happened 16 years ago until reporters contacted him asking for further information about the case.
Although the R&B artist is claiming his innocence, Foxx has been a trending topic on social media since the story surfaced online and many observers predict it will have some impact on his career regardless of its merit or the outcome in court.
