Eva Longoria pre-Emmy party dress is receiving a lot of attention. The “Desperate Housewives” actress is being praised for bringing out her fashion best at the CAA Pre-Emmy party in Beverly Hills.
Eva Longoria looked stunning in a black dress at a pre-Emmy event on Saturday. The little black number helped the actress steal the show at the party that was hosted at the chic Bouchon Bistro in Los Angeles.
Famous hairstylist Ken Paves, took care of the Without Men actress’ flawless hair. Elan Bongiorno handled the makeup. While at the CAA Pre-Emmy party in Beverly Hills, Longoria mingled with famous faces like “Modern Family” star Sofía Vergara.
The 39-year-old beauty shared a photo of the encounter on her Instagram with the caption:
I look like a midget next to the gorgeous @sofiavergara!!!
Vergara is said to be 5′ 7″ and Longoria is reportedly 5′ 2″.
This was a very busy week for the Texas native. Longoria attended the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie Frontera on Thursday. The border drama was directed by Michael Berry and is currently available on iTunesMovies.
Frontera also stars Ed Harris and Michael Peña. Longoria plays the role of a wife of an undocumented Mexican (Peña) who tries to cross the US southern border after her husband is accused of murder.
Longoria’s character comes to help but lands the couple in even bigger trouble when she has to deal with coyotes who kidnap her. The reviews for Frontera have been quite positive.
Most people who have seen the film believe that the petite actress puts on a fantastic performance.
The producer of Lifetime’s “Devious Maids” will be making her return to TV in the upcoming weeks. Longoria has signed on to appear in at least three episodes of season 2 of Fox’s comedy “Brooklyn Nine-Nine.” She was hired to portray a defense attorney and potential love interest for Andy Samberg’s character, Detective Jake Peralta.The new season of “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” is set to start on September 28.
Longoria is also on the cover of Los Angeles magazine September issue, where she talks about her political activism and being a modern day woman.
