Hurley, who apparently knows how to have a great time, can be seen hanging upside down from a gold stripper pole in a tiny glittery bikini and matching knee-high, high-heeled boots.
Moreover, of course, her body looked fantastic in the picture. The 49-year-old actress explained that the photo was taken years ago in Las Vegas.
