“Production on season eight of ‘The Big Bang Theory’ will begin Wednesday, August 6, with contract negotiations now having been concluded.”

The main stars of the show Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, were all seeking north of $1 million per episode.
Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar were looking at offers upward of $500,000. Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch contracts were renewed last September with a nice pay increase.
