Italian actress Asia Argento shared a second tribute on Instagram in honor of her boyfriend, the celebrity chef and TV host Anthony Bourdain, whose recent death, shocked the world.
Argento’s tribute represented an image of the actress dressed in a long gray shirt that read: “Legends never die.”
The actress’ picture comes with another post, a quote from Plato saying: “Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.”
Argento’s pictures mark her return to social media after being absent from online activities since her first tribute to her late lover.
Bourdain and the 42-year-old mother of two started dating two years ago when they met on the set for the chef’s culinary show Parts Unknown.
The news of Bourdain’s unexpected death broke out on June 8 after the body of the culinary icon was found at his hotel room in France, where he committed suicide by hanging himself at the age of 61.
Following the celebrity’s death, a lot of tributes from his friends and fans flooded social media. Since then, many of the closest peers of the couple discussed why the famous chef could have decided to take his own life.
Among them was Argento’s good friend, Rose McGowan, who opened up and talked about what happened in an honest letter.
McGowan revealed that both the actress and Bourdain had been victims of depression for years.
However, even though Argento eventually sought help and recovered for the sake of her children, Bourdain could not do it and apparently succumbed to depression.
Argento is slowly coming back to the surface after many trolls tried to blame her for the passing of the travel expert.
It was recently revealed that the pair had an open relationship and the photos of the #MeToo activist strolling in Rome with French reporter Hugo Clement had nothing to do with Bourdain’s suicide.
