Andrea Clevenger from TLC’s hit show “Cheer Perfection” has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for sexually assaulting a teenage boy. Clevenger, a mother-of-three had been accused of raping a 13-year-old boy and texting him pornographic pictures. Clevenger who was on the TLC competitive cheerleaders series with her daughter will be eligible for parole in about two years.
Andrea Clevenger who was featured on the TLC reality series “Cheer Perfection” for two seasons with her daughter Kylie, has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term for having sex with a minor.
Clevenger appeared at the Pulaski County Circuit Court in Arkansas on Thursday with her attorney by her side and pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual assault and engaging a child in sexually explicit conduct.
The judge gave her two 10-year prison sentences and two 10-year suspended sentences for sexually assaulting the child of her close friends.
It is not known how the sentences will be served.
The former reality star who is mostly remembered for urinating on a woman’s neck while on the show, must register as a sex offender, if she is released on parole after two years and half.
She has also agreed not to make contact with the unnamed child until 2034.
The 34-year-old woman was arrested in January of 2014, after the parents of a 13-year-old boy discovered numerous explicit pictures on his phone that were sent by Clevenger.
The child confessed to police that he had sex with the mother-of-three on numerous occasions at her home and in her car starting in September of 2013.
When cops arrested Clevenger on January 13, she was originally accused of raping the 13-year-old boy according to the affidavit, which gave explicit details about the encounters.
The document revealed on November 8th, the minor visited the Clevengers where the mom made advances at him and they had sex for the first time on the couch.
They met on several occasions where the woman performed oral sex on the child and she also sent him nude photos of herself to his smartphone.
