Actress Alanna Masterson Of 'The Walking Dead' Fame Is Pregnant

Alanna Masterson is pregnant at age 27. Masterson, an actress, who made a name for herself thanks to a role on AMC’s series, The Walking Dead, announced the baby news on Instagram Monday.

The Walking Dead fans are excited to learn that Alanna Masterson is expecting her first child with boyfriend, Brick Stowell, who is a photographer. Masterson joined the hit show in 2013, and she portrays Tara Chambler, the first LGBT character to be featured in the AMC series.

On Monday, July 27, Masterson took to Instagram where she uploaded a photo of her growing baby bump. The Long Island, New York native captioned the image with:

It was a short, cute and simple message, but her fans heard it loud and clear. So, they rushed to congratulate the actress on the pregnancy. One of them wrote:

Stowell also shared a pregnant picture of his girlfriend with a simple and direct caption:

After Alanna Masterson’s pregnancy news surfaced, fans immediately started speculating about the future of her character on the show. It has not yet been revealed if the baby bump will be incorporated in future episodes. Some have also raised the possibility that Chambler could get killed off. However, this seems highly unlikely.

The most plausible outcome is that the crew will only film Masterson from certain angles. The sixth season of The Walking Dead is set to begin on October 11, 2015.
