Target your abs. Losing abdominal fat takes dietary changes and aerobic exercise — but abdominal crunches and other ab exercises can help tone your abdominal muscles.
Focus on fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Foods high in fiber — such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains — provide you with many important nutrients while helping you feel full longer.

Biel has always been active, according to a past comment: “Muscles are beautiful. Strong bodies, working out and eating healthy is beautiful.”
Prior to having her baby, Biel worked out at least five days per week with a professional trainer, and it is believed that she has resumed that same routine to shed the baby weight.
Biel has often been spotted jogging with her dogs, hiking with her husband and she is a big fan of elliptical bicycle – she loves to mix it up in order not to get bored. The Total Recall actress does exercises to strengthen the entire body at least three times a week, and she also enjoys Pilates and yoga.
The new mother only eats organic food but is allowed to have a cheat once a week as part of her Paleo diet. Nutritionist Keri Glassman weighed in on Biel’s diet plan saying that it is very healthy, and she will rapidly get back to 125 pounds if she sticks to it. Glassman explained:
“It’s very healthy, but she’ll need to make sure she’s meeting her postnatal calcium needs. She incorporates a lot of variety into her workouts, which is important to help re-tone postnatal. If she’s diligent, the weight will probably be gone by 12 weeks or so.”
